Available Positions

1. Chief Internal Auditor (CIA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the bank’s internal audit functions, ensuring compliance with corporate governance and IFRS practices.
• Utilize IT-based audit techniques and lead a high-performing audit team.
• Collaborate with senior management and provide insights at the board level.

Key Requirements:

• Professional membership in ICASL, ICA (England and Wales), ACCA (UK), or CMA (UK/SL).
• At least 8 years of senior management experience in a bank/financial institution, including 5 years at AGM level or above in internal auditing.
• Strong IT audit knowledge and man-management skills.
• Age: Below 56 years.

2. Chief Risk Officer (CRO)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee risk management and evaluation processes within the bank.
• Implement and monitor risk mitigation strategies aligned with corporate governance standards.
• Provide expertise in credit evaluation and risk assessment.

Key Requirements:

• A degree from a recognized university, with a postgraduate or professional qualification in banking.
• Membership in ICASL, ICA (England and Wales), ACCA (UK), or CMA (UK/SL).
• At least 8 years of senior management experience, including 5 years at AGM level or above and 3 years in risk/finance/audit in a bank/financial institution.
• Exposure to credit evaluation is an added advantage.
• Age: Below 56 years.

Conditions of Employment

• Positions are at Corporate Management Level (equivalent to Deputy General Manager) on a contract basis for 3 years, with annual performance evaluations.
• An attractive, negotiable remuneration package based on qualifications and experience.
